Waitlist privacy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
What this covers. This notice covers the Looprz waitlist on golooprz.com: what happens when you join it. The Looprz app has its own privacy policy, linked here.
What we keep. When you join with Google or Apple, we keep the email address on that account, your name if the provider shares it, which provider you used, the city you typed (if you did), and how you found us: the campaign tag in the link you followed and the name of the website that sent you, if any. We also keep when you joined. We also keep the ID number Google or Apple uses for your account (so signing in again updates your entry instead of adding a second one), whether you used Apple’s “Hide My Email”, and when you last signed in. We don’t get or keep your password, your contacts, your profile photo, or anything else from your Google or Apple account. If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email”, we keep the relay address Apple gives us, not your real one.
Why. To send you your invite to Looprz, and to know which cities to open first. That’s all. We don’t create an account for you, we don’t send you anything when you join, and we never sell or share the list.
Who handles it. Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the list. Google or Apple confirms your sign-in. When invites go out, Resend delivers the email. Each one sees only what it needs for its part.
Cookies. Signing in sets one cookie for up to 10 minutes to keep the sign-in secure, and one that remembers you’ve joined, for 30 days, so the page can say so. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t track you across sites.
How long. Until your invite goes out, and no later than 12 months after Looprz launches publicly. Then we delete the list, including the copy our email provider holds for sending invites.
Getting off the list. Every invite email has an unsubscribe link. To be removed at any time, or to ask what we hold about you, email privacy@golooprz.com from the address you joined with. We’ll do it within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
